A shelter dog in Pawleys Island has been accepted to serve and protect the people of New York.
Apollo will soon be traveling to the big apple to start his training to become a police K-9, All 4 Paws Animal Rescue said.
K-9 Protectors recognized all of the hard work the shelter has done and for going above and beyond to have his working potential tested.
