The programme aims to mobilise and use domestic and international resources to minimise the effects of UXO on the country’s socio-economic development, ensuring safety for the people.
It seeks to promote dissemination activities to raise people’s awareness of mine accidents and help UXO victims reintegrate into the community, as well as its compliance with Vietnamese laws and international treaties and agreements that Việt Nam has signed.
