On February 14, a terrorist attack in Mykolaiv claimed the lives of three service members from the Mine Action Center — Vadym Yelisieiev, Olena Kliuchnikova, and Yevhenii Siryk. The Mine Action Center announced their deaths in a Facebook post.
According to media reports, a video of the explosion surfaced online. It shows a woman with a bag exiting a store and walking toward a group of soldiers before the explosion occurred. Earlier reports indicated that the woman and one soldier had been killed, while eight others had been injured.
