UK: Preston man, 34, arrested under Explosives Act in Ingol


A 34-year-old man charged after explosives were found at a property in Preston has made his first court appearance.

David Rutherford, 34, of Tag Croft, Preston, who is also known as Kaylee Rutherford, appeared before magistrates in Preston on Friday, June 5, charged with possession of an explosive substance for unlawful purpose.
