UK: Member of terrorist group convicted of terrorism offences

An extreme Islamist who was a member of the proscribed terrorist organisation Daesh has been convicted of terrorism offences, following an investigation by Counter Terrorism Policing South East (CTPSE). bdullah Yousef, of Galapagos Grove, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, was found guilty by unanimous jury of a number of offences following a two-week trial at Birmingham Crown Court, which concluded today (5/10).

Yousef had established a Telegram channel where he made vast amounts of terrorist material available to others. Officers also uncovered an instruction manual detailing how to make improvised explosive devices.
