UK: Man is charged with making a weapon and explosives after police raided house in Southampton


A man has been charged after he was caught by police making a weapon and explosives in his home.

Officers found Pascal Knorr-Gulde, 47, making the devices during a raid of his home in Southampton, Hampshire.

Neighbouring homes on Bond Road were evacuated following the discovery and the entire area was searched as a precaution

Mr Knorr-Gulde was charged with manufacturing a weapon, device or ammunition and making of/possession of explosive under suspicious circumstances.
