Texas: Man arrested after officials find pipe bomb in his Universal City motel room

A man has been arrested after officials found a pipe bomb and other explosive materials in his Universal City motel room.

Bexar County Fire Marshal Deputies, along with Universal City Police, executed an arrest warrant at the Super 8 Motel in the 200 block of Palisades Drive on Wednesday for Faleide Joshua Conan.

Conan had been on the run from police since March 25 after Bexar County Fire Marshal Office investigators assisted the China Grove Police and Fire departments on a call for an improvised explosive device (IED) found in their city.
