The MIA Directorate in the Stavropol region has put the Hummer and the two people inside it on the wanted list. The hitmen are suspected of killing a Stavropol entrepreneur three days ago, according to Lenta.ru‘s high-ranking local police source.
The assassination occurred at about 2:20 PM on June 21. The BMW X6 blew up on the Staromaryevskoe Highway just outside of Stavropol, according to the Spetskor Telegram channel. There were two people in the car initially, according to eyewitnesses who posted about the incident on the social media. Then, one of them left; nothing happened to him. Meanwhile, the man inside the car suffered burns after the explosion and died.
