North Carolina: Man charged after using ‘improvised explosive device’ multiple times


A Greensboro man is facing multiple charges after he allegedly used an “improvised explosive device” multiple times, Guilford County court documents show.

According to arrest warrants, on Jan. 20, Jan. 25, and Jan. 29, Jon Ksor, 21, of Greensboro, used a weapon of mass destruction to “maliciously damaged [sic] nature, trees, belonging to another by the use of an explosive or incendiary device. Ksor was arrested on Saturday.
