Troops of Operation HADIN KAI have recorded significant operational gains against terrorist groups in the North-East, neutralising improvised explosive device (IED) threats, repelling insurgent attacks and disrupting terrorist logistics networks in a series of coordinated operations conducted between June 16 and 19, 2026.
The military disclosed that the operations, carried out across different locations within the theatre, formed part of ongoing efforts to degrade the capabilities of Boko Haram and Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) fighters.
