A man has appeared in court accused of possessing an eye-watering stash of grenades, explosives and a home made pipe bomb in a Liverpool house.
Michael Green, 30, is facing seven charges of possessing explosive substances for unlawful purposes and one of making an explosive substance, in relation to the bomb.
Green, of Micawber Close in Toxteth, made his first appearance at Liverpool Magistrates’ Court today, via video-link from HMP Liverpool.
