Indiana: State’s K9 training held at vacant Justice Center

The bomb sniffing dog “Taco” prepares to search a cell block at the former Justice Center on Walnut Street Tuesday afternoon.The state’s annual multi-agency K9 training was held, for the first time, in Muncie due to the availability of space at the vacant, former Justice Center on Walnut Street.

The training is organized by the Transportation Security Administration of Indiana and the Explosive Detection Canine Team and features a wide array of scenarios for dogs specializing in bomb, narcotic and cadaver detection.
