Virginia: Homemade explosives found in stolen vehicle in Warren County, suspect arrested


A man from Arlington is facing charges after being found in Warren County with homemade explosive devices.

On Jan. 1, officials received a report of a suspicious vehicle near Hillandale Road around 9:30 p.m. When deputies approached the driver, who was still wearing a ski mask, he tried to run away but was quickly arrested. The following day, investigators obtained a search warrant for the vehicle and found several items resembling homemade explosive devices.
