An explosion occurred at a gas station in Mykolaiv that was not in operation. Seven officers from the Patrol Police Department were injured; they had come to change shifts and parked their vehicles at the station.
This was reported by Ivan Vyhivskyi, Head of the National Police, on Facebook, according to Ukrinform. The explosion occurred at 18:10 on Monday. Two of the injured officers are in critical condition.
