UK: Two men arrested by the Met’s Counter Terrorism Command

Officers from the Met’s Counter Terrorism Command have arrested two men as part of a proactive investigation.

A 30-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday, 8 February in east London on suspicion of being concerned in the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism, under section 41 of the Terrorism Act (TACT) 2000.

He was taken to a London police station, where he currently remains in police custody.
