The United Kingdom is set to co-lead a coalition of European partners to develop and send “thousands” of first-person view (FPV) drones to Ukraine, His Majesty’s Government has announced.
Proven to be highly effective against Russian assets in the country, the FPV drones will include partners like Latvia, Sweden, and thirteen North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) allies to the UK. As a coalition co-leader, the UK Government explained in a press release that the UK would enhance and simplify the West’s supply of FPV drones to Ukraine.
