At least three people were wounded in an explosion triggered by a magnetic Improvised Explosive Device in Herat city.
According to local security officials, the incident took place later this afternoon in Herat city.
Provincial police spokesman Abdul Ahad Walizada confirmed that a magnetic IED planted in a pickup vehicle went off, leaving at least five people wounded.
No individual or group has so far claimed responsibility behind the incident.
