Syria: Two SAA soldiers killed by IED explosion in Hama Desert


A member of the Damascus Forces was killed as a result of his wounds he sustained today following the explosion of an explosive device planted by ISIS mercenaries on the Athreya-Khanaser road in the Hama desert, coinciding with the passage of a military vehicle belonging to the Damascus Forces, bringing the death toll to two members, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

The death toll during attacks within the Syrian desert, according to documentation by SOHR, has reached 365 dead since the beginning of the year 2024.
