Syria: Landmine kills child and wounds two others in Deir ez-Zor governorate


On Saturday, a landmine detonated and claimed the life of a child and injured two others at the eastern entrance of Deir ez-Zor city, eastern Syria.

Diya’ Muhammad Ali, 15, lost his life due to the explosion of a landmine in Tab Harabsh area in Deir ez-Zor city, a medical source told North Press.

Ali’s 11-year-old brother Yahya was injured with shrapnel in his legs and hands.
