Poland provides $250,000 to support mine clearance in Syria


The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Syria announced financial support worth $250,000 for mine clearance operations across Syrian territory in 2026.

In a statement posted on its official account on X, the embassy said the Polish government had decided to support mine clearance programs as a key step toward enhancing civilian safety and contributing to the country’s reconstruction.
