Authorities arrested three men, including a wanted person, and seized from them high-powered firearms and bomb-making components in Indanan, Sulu, a police official said Tuesday.
Maj. Edwin Sapa, Indanan police chief, said Sabtari Tarih Ullong, who has pending warrants of arrest for murder and attempted murder, was arrested around 10:55 a.m. Monday in Barangay Bato-Bato, Indanan.
