Police in Hinsdale, New Hampshire are investigating after “numerous explosive devices” were found in an abandoned home.
Hinsdale Police, along with New Hampshire State Police, Hinsdale Fire, and other agencies are at a home on Indian Acres. Access to the area is restricted and homes are being evacuated.
Police say local schools were placed in a “lock-in” meaning children were not able to go outside, but say the school day continued as normal. Around 1:30 p.m. police said that children will be released as normally scheduled from schools. The only children unable to return home are those that live on the front side of Indian Acres between 110 and Apache Drive.
