A car has been destroyed in a late night petrol bomb attack in Co Down. The vehicle was set light in the Castelwellan Road area of Banbridge in what police believe was a petrol bomb attack on Tuesday evening, August 19.
Police and fire crews attended and are treating the incident as arson. Witnesses are being urged to come forward. Sergeant Barnes said: “At approximately 10.40pm, it was reported that a car had been set alight in the Castlewellan Road area of the town in what is believed to have been a petrol bomb attack.
