Republican group Arm na Poblachta has claimed it targeted a PSNI car with an improvised explosive device in Co Derry.
Using a recognised codeword, the group claimed there is a device at the junction of Feeny Road and Killunaght Road, near Dungiven, which was aimed at a police car.
The PSNI last night said they were “conducting a number of enquiries into a report of suspicious activity in the vicinity of Feeny Road/Killunaught Road”.
