The police yesterday kicked-off the deployment of bomb sweepers, radiation detectors, frequency jammers and other modern security technologies in troubled regions to prevent criminals from using explosives and other devices to scuttle the general election.
The distribution, being coordinated by the Explosives Ordnance Disposal Chemical Biological and Nuclear (EOD-CBRN) Command, was launched in Lagos by the Commissioner of Police (CP) Zannah Shettima.
