A man has been charged with possession of explosives after two suspected bombs were found in an empty flat in north-west London.
Richard Parry, 49, was arrested in November last year after the two suspected IEDs (improvised explosive devices) were found in the kitchen cupboard at his former flat in Craven Park, Harlesden, on November 21 last year.
He was charged with two counts of possession of an explosive substance for unlawful purposes contrary to the Explosive Substances Act on Wednesday.
Parry was also charged with one count of possession of a class A drug and one count of possession of a class B drug.
