A Maine man is accused of using improvised explosive devices and improvised incendiary devices to target multiple victims in Woodland.
Authorities say they arrested 37-year-old Joshua Brydon of Woodland on October 12 following an 18-month investigation. According to Maine State Police, Brydon used improvised explosive devices and improvised incendiary devices to target multiple victims within the town.
