A Madisonville man was arrested by the FBI on Thursday for allegedly making homemade explosives.
Federal court documents state Robert Coleman, 66, was “knowingly engaging in the business of importing, manufacturing, and/or dealing in explosive materials.” The FBI was alerted to Coleman’s alleged actions by questionable Amazon purchases. The 66-year-old allegedly had “explosive precursor chemicals” shipped to his home on Mary Street in Madisonville.
