Valpoi police have booked one person on charges of storing crude bombs meant to be used for hunting wild animals. According to Bicholim SDPO Jivba Dalvi, police received information that one person had stored explosive material for the purpose of hunting wild animals.
Accordingly, a police team led by PI Videsh Shirodkar obtained a house search warrant and conducted search of a rented room at Hathwada-Valpoi along with a forensic laboratory staff and Bomb Disposal Squad. Police conducted a search in the house where rooms which are given on rented basis to tenants.
