A man was arrested tied to an explosion investigation near downtown Colorado Springs Tuesday. According to police, Edward Kiley was taken into custody without incident after police obtained a warrant for his arrest the day before.
According to CSPD, on January 12, police received a report of an explosion in the 500 block of East Costilla Street. Patrol officers responded to the scene and found several items that pointed toward the use of an improvised explosive device.
