Colorado Lockdown Protester Arrested For Possession Of Pipe Bombs


A 53-year-old Colorado man who was planning an armed protest against his state’s coronavirus restrictions was arrested by federal agents for allegedly possessing four pipe bombs in his home, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said Monday.

The man, Bradley Bunn, was arrested by agents at his home in Loveland, Colorado, after FBI and Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearm and Explosives agents found four pipe bombs and other potential pipe bomb components inside the house.

While it’s not clear what he planned to use the bombs for, Bunn popped up on federal law enforcement radar after encouraging people to bring assault rifles to a planned May 1 protest against Colorado’s coronavirus restrictions on social media, ABC News reports.
