The Cambodian Mine Action Centre (CMAC) claimed that an 11-year-old boy was recently injured when he dropped an RPG when he was herding cattle.
The incident happened in Samrong commune, Phnom Kravanh district, Pursat province.
The RPGs are relics of a war that ravaged the country and until the present day are a danger to the people of the country. The CMAC have been working to dismantle and safely disengage the unexploded ordnance.
