An investigation is continuing after a suspected improvised explosive device found Sunday in Plumas County was neutralized by bomb technicians.
Deputies from the Plumas County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report in Portola of a suspected bomb near Portola Riverwalk Disc Golf Course near the 500 block of East Sierra Avenue, according to a news release from the agency.
