Bangladesh: Three injured in improvised explosive blast in Dhaka’s Geneva Camp


Three people have suffered injuries after an abandoned improvised explosive detonated near the Geneva Camp in Dhaka.

The incident occurred around 10:45am on Wednesday, said Ali Iftekhar Hasan, chief of the capital’s Mohammadpur Police Station. Iftekhar said the explosion took place as they were removing a heap of garbage near the camp.
