A youth in Satkhira’s Sadar upazila has lost his left hand in an incident of blast as he came into contact with a crude bomb in his crop field.
The incident took place on Wednesday noon when the victim, Younus Ali Choton along with his brother went to lay out fertilizer on their field.
The victim, Younu Ali Choton, is a third year honours student at the Jhaudanga Degree College of the upazila.
Choton eventually found out the foreign object in his field while spreading the fertilizer, says a local resident Arifur Rahman
