A magnetic mine targeted a vehicle carrying a Telecommunications and IT Ministry official on Monday morning.
The incident happened at around 8:38 Am this morning on the Shura Road in the PD6 area of Kabul city.
Kabul Police said in a press statement, that “no one was hurt in the explosion”.
No individual to the group has yet claimed the responsibility for the incident.
Targeted killings, Magnetic IED blasts, have recently spiked across Afghanistan.
