Detectives are appealing for information after a pipe bomb “partially exploded” in a residential area of Derry on Monday.
The PSNI said that the ‘crude device’ was located in the McGarvey Court area on September 28.
A number of residents had to be evacuated from their properties as ATO were tasked to the scene.
Sergeant Richard Donnell said: “The incident was reported to police upon the discovery of the suspicious device this afternoon.
