A bomb explosion in the southern Yemeni city of Aden killed two people and injured three civilians on Friday.
The official, who asked to remain anonymous, said that an improvised explosive device was attached to the official vehicle of Colonel Ahmed Almarhaby, a military official of the Southern Transitional Council, and detonated in Aden’s Daar Saad district. While Almarhaby was not inside the car during the explosion, his son and one of his guards were killed in the blast.
