A 27-year-old Sussex man whose hand was significantly hurt in an explosives incident in Sussex now faces allegations he had materials in and around his home and car to make improvised explosive devices.
Kody Kirkland was charged on Thursday in Waukesha County Circuit Court with one count of possession of improvised explosives. If convicted, he faces up to six years in prison. Kirkland’s first court appearance is today.
