Unidentified militants detonated a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (VBIED) targeting the convoy of General Abdel-Razeq Nathouri – the chief of staff of Libyan National Army (LNA) commander General Khalifa Haftar – convoy between the city of Benghazi and the al-Marj military base in Libya’s Cyrenaica region on 18 April, Al-Jazeera reported.
