US Army EOD technicians demonstrate skills at recruiting event on Fort Carson


FORT CARSON, Colo. — Explosive Ordnance Disposal Soldiers demonstrated their lifesaving and mission-enabling skills during a recruiting event on Fort Carson.

The 62nd Ordnance Company (EOD) participated in the recruiting event that was hosted by U.S. Army Maj. Gen. David M. Hodne, the commanding general of the 4th Infantry Division.

The 62nd EOD Company is part of the 242nd EOD Battalion, 71st EOD Group and 20th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives (CBRNE) Command, the U.S. Department of Defense’s premier multifunctional all hazards formation.
