A quiet residential street in Stockport was the scene of a large police operation involving bomb disposal experts this weekend, after “harmful chemicals” were discovered at a property.
Officers executed a warrant at an address on Brown Lane in Heald Green, on Friday (October 16), with a man in his 40s arrested on suspicion of possessing hazardous chemicals.
