On Tuesday, the Islamic State (ISIS) claimed an IED explosion which took place a day earlier in the city of Raqqa, north Syria.
ISIS-affiliated Amaq News Agency reported the group’s militants targeted a military vehicle with an IED close to the Souq al-Haal in the city of Raqqa.
Amaq claimed two military personnel lost their lives while the vehicle was destroyed. Last night, an IED blew up in the South Cornish close to Souq al-Haal.
