Sweden: One person injured in explosion in Uppsala


A powerful explosion occurred at midnight at a multi-family house in central Uppsala. Windows were blown out and a door was completely destroyed. One person was injured by glass splinters.

The National Bomb Squad has been there and investigated the site, which is located in the so-called Industrial City in the Kungsängen district. What detonated at the gate has not been determined yet, but it is believed to be some kind of explosive charge.
