Spain: Five explosive devices dating back to the Civil War neutralised in Teruel


TEDAX-NRBQ technicians assisted the Provincial Police of Teruel officers and defused five military devices in different rural locations in Teruel.

In the hamlet of Caudé, the EOD team located and rendered safe a mortar round, 146mm and 105mm artillery shells. In the districts of San Blas and El Campillo, they located two other devices, one of them a fuze of an artillery projectile and a defensive hand grenade.

All five devices, which contained original explosives were destroyed by TEDAX-NRBQ techs in controlled explosion.
