An attempt to blow up the echelon of Russian military equipment on the railway in the Primorsky Territory was discovered on 27 February 2023. The impending sabotage or terrorist act (pending the investigation) was allegedly supposed to occur during the transportation of military equipment through Ussuriysk.
According to the Telegram channel SHOT, an improvised explosive device (IED) was found on the tracks of the Ussuriysk-2 railway station, where trains with weapons of the Russian Armed Forces were formed. The IED was a bunch of cylinders filled with an unknown substance, which were wrapped with twine and covered with cloth.
