The Sandy Township Police Department said that they, along with DuBois City Police, bomb disposal units from the State College Borough Police, Penn State University Police, Pennsylvania State Police and the FBI, were dispatched to the residence located on Eastern Avenue Friday. According to officials, neighboring residences were evacuated out of caution during this time.
