The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) has arrested three terrorists, including a prominent Daesh commander, during 78 intelligence-based operations (IBOs) across Punjab, seizing explosives and other materials intended for terrorist activities.
A CTD spokesman announced on Saturday that the operations, which took place in the wake of increased terrorism threats, targeted various cities including Faisalabad, Jhelum, and Chakwal.
