An Ogdensburg Free Academy student will be charged with making a terroristic threat that caused a lockdown of the school on March 3.
A press release issued by Ogdensburg Police Chief Mark Kearns says that at 8:23 a.m. the Ogdensburg Police Department’s School Resource Officer received a complaint from Ogdensburg Free Academy staff in regards to a bomb threat.
