New York: Man arrested after explosive devices found during FBI investigation


A man faces charges after an FBI investigation forced the evacuation of a downtown building Thursday afternoon.

Vincenzo Cilino, 24, of Rochester, was taken into custody while the FBI and Rochester police were executing a search warrant at 214 Andrews Street. According to a felony complaint, two improvised explosive devices were recovered from his apartment inside the building.
